Introduction flight with the Arrow Copter in St.Georgen at Ybbsfelde in Austria

 

During my vacation in Europe I made an introduction flight with the Arrow Copter at the Airport St.Georgen at Ybbsfelde.

Excellent design. Very nice looking.

Certified in Austria and Germany for MTOW 560kg.

The Arrow Copter is really a premium product. With a monokok cockpit same as in the Formula1 he is very save.

Nice to fly in a speed from 30km/h - 165km/h. Climbing rate at departure on an outside temperature of 28 degree centigrade was O.K.

 

Soon the Arrow Copter will be certified in UK. After this certification they want to look into UAE market. The Company will mainly look for prefessional users.

Gyrocopter training in Jazeirah Aviation Club in UAE. As always with brilliant weather and sunshine. As some say gyroplane flying in paradise.

 Training program:

- Standard Take-offs and landings.

- Flying of curves 15 degrees, 30 degrees, 45 degrees at constant speed and altitude.

- Emergency Landings with landing at the airport and approaches with taking off in the desert.

- To reach landing approaches with different heights and hover to exact height for landing.

- Landing on the threshold of 1,000 feet hover to 700 feet then left or

   right turn at a speed of 60 - 70 km / h.  At an altitude of 300 feet increase

  the speed at 100km / h and standard landing.

The training is conducted by qualified coaches from Europe. My trainer was an experienced fixed wing, helicopter and gyrocopter pilot, who has his basic training made in Ukraine for ​​the Lithuanian military.

Zum Trainingsprogramm:
- Standard Starts und Landungen.
- Fliegen von Kurven 15 Grad, 30 Grad, 45 Grad bei konstanter Geschwindigkeit und Höhe.
- Notlandeübungen mit Landung am Flugplatz und Anflüge mit Durchstarten in der Wüste.
- Landeanflüge mit verschiedenen Höhen und Hubern um exakte Landehöhe zu erreichen.
- Landeanflug an die Schwelle auf 1000 Fuß Hubern auf 700 Fuß anschließend Links- oder
  Rechtskurve mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 60 - 70 km/h. Bei einer Höhe von 300 Fuß Erhöhung  
  der Geschwindigkeit auf 100km/h und standard Landeanflug.

Das Training wird von qualifizierten Trainern aus Europa durchgeführt. Mein Trainer war ein erfahrener Flächen, Hubschrauber sowie Gyrocopter Pilot der seine Grundausbildung beim Litauischen Militär gemacht hat.

Gyrocopter Inn-Flight: Flight training in United Emirates UAE at Ras Al Khaimah airport

On 07/01/2012 I made my first training flight in the United Emirades in Ras Al Khaimah in the north-east region of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). At Jazirah Aviation Club my wife and I were very warmly received. After checking the gyroplane MTO3 sport I flow along the Gulf beach with the flight instructor. Cpt.Aurimas from Vilnius (Lithuania) . A very beautiful and relaxing flight on the coast. Turquoise blue waters and wonderful beaches accompanied this flight at a temperature of about 25 degrees, a wind of 12km / h and an altitude of 800 ft above MSL.
The elevation of the airport is MSL. The Jazirah Aviation Club is an ideal place for people who want to fly in the winter time on really convenient temperatures.

Gyrocopter Inn-Flight: Trainingsflug in United Emirates UAE am Flugplatz Ras Al Khaimah

Am 07.01.2012 habe ich meinen ersten Trainingsflug in United Emirades im Ras Al Khaimah Gebiet im Nord-Osten der Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate (UAE) gemacht. Im Jazirah Aviation Club wurden meine Frau und ich sehr freundlich empfangen. Nach dem Check des Tragschrauber MTO3 Sport ging es mit Fluglehrer Cpt. Aumir aus Vilnius (Litauen) am Golf Strand entlang. Insgesammt ein erholsamer und sehr schöner Flug am Meeresstrand. Wunderbare türkise und blaue Wasserstrände begleiteten diesen Flug bei einer Temperatur von ca. 25 Grad, einem Wind von ca. 12km/h und einer Flughöhe von 800 ft über MSL.
Die Elevation des Flugplatzes is MSL. Der Jazirah Aviation Club ist ein idealer Ort für Leute die im Winter einmal bei wirklich angnehmen Temperaturen fliegen wollen.
